In 2005, William Rice created the acme all-purpose seasoning by using a combination of carefully selected premium spices. After years of cooking with this unique blend of spices for family and friends, he opened Meme’s Fish and Chicken restaurant in Dallas, TX named in honor of his daughter. Because the reaction was overwhelming, William decided to sell his seasoning in 2013, and still today everyone still craves the seasoning and become lifelong users.
